Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of materials, intellectual property and resources that belonged to them before the project.
Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement and payment terms.
Some projects may rely on third-party services, platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, APIs, software libraries or other external services.
Third-party services may have their own terms, pricing, availability and policies. Waazen Tech cannot guarantee the continued availability or functionality of services that are outside our control.
We aim to provide reliable services and maintain the systems we operate. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Waazen Tech will take reasonable care when providing its services. However, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party failures, misuse of software, unauthorised changes or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Either party may request to end a project or service arrangement in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Any outstanding payments for work already completed or services already provided remain payable following termination.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business or legal requirements.
The latest version published on this website will apply to future use of our website and services, subject to any separate agreement entered into with a client.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Waazen Tech operates, unless a separate written agreement with a client specifies otherwise.
